Choose Your Rental Date & Size: Select the date you need the dumpster and choose between our 12-yard or 15-yard options, based on your project’s scope. Remember, our standard rental period is 3 days.

2. Receive Your Dumpster
Prompt Delivery: Your dumpster will be delivered as soon as we can if ordered that day, subject to availability and logistical constraints.
Safe Placement: Our professional drivers will position the dumpster in the most convenient location for your needs, whether on your driveway, at your construction site, or another accessible spot.
Convenient & Hassle-Free: Simply indicate where you'd like the dumpster placed, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Note: Ensure you have any required permits if local regulations or HOA rules mandate them.

3. Fill It Up
Adhere to the Fill Line: Load your waste up to the designated fill line to guarantee safe transport.
Follow Waste Guidelines: Use the dumpster for most household junk, construction debris, and non-hazardous materials. Avoid prohibited items such as hazardous waste, tires, or liquid chemicals.
Maximize Space: Distribute items evenly and break down bulky items when possible.

Pro Tip: Keeping heavy materials (like concrete or bricks) on the bottom can help maintain balance and prevent overloading.

4. Pickup & Disposal

Scheduled Pickup: The dumpster will be picked up 3 days after delivery unless you request an extension.

Trip Charge: A $100 fee applies if delivery or pickup is unsuccessful due to obstacles or access issues.

Hassle-Free Disposal: Our team will haul away the dumpster and ensure its contents are properly disposed of or recycled in accordance with local regulations, leaving you with a clean space.

5. Flexible Rental Extension

Extend Your Rental: Need more time? You can extend your rental indefinitely by paying an extra day fee of $49.99 per day.

Example: If you rent the dumpster for 5 days, you'll pay the base price for 3 days plus $49.99 for each of the additional 2 days.

6. Pricing Transparency

Base Rental Fee: The standard rental fee covers a 3-day rental period.

Additional Day Fee: An extra day beyond the initial 3 days is charged at $49.99 per day.

Unlimited Extensions: There is no fixed cap on the rental period; you can extend your rental as long as you pay the daily fee.

7. Example Scenarios for Customer Clarity
Scenario 1: A customer books the dumpster for the standard 3 days and extends for 2 extra days.
  – Total Charge: Base Rental Fee + (2 x $49.99)
Scenario 2: A customer keeps the dumpster for 6 days.
  – Total Charge: Base Rental Fee + (3 x $49.99)
Scenario 3: A customer cancels after booking.
  – Refund Policy: If cancellation insurance was purchased, the customer will receive a refund minus the cancellation fee; otherwise, our standard non-refundable policy applies.

After Pickup: You’re left with a clean, clutter-free space—ready to tackle your next project!
